May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, may the rain fall soft upon your face. And until we meet again, until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Audrey's Wedding Weekend

Gosh....I am really behind on my blogging....

Audrey's wedding feels like forever ago and really just a month ago....

We headed to Shreveport for the big event and had a wonderful weekend. All of their hard work over the last year finally paid off....they could sit back and relax and enjoy the moment!

Friday night we had a great rehearsal at Brown Chapel and then a delicious dinner at The Elks Club....complete with crawfish! yum yum! Orie and I hung with the crowd until about 10:30 ish at the Steakhouse and then we called it a night.

Saturday was busy busy....we had a beautiful bridesmaid's luncheon that morning and then it was off to do a few wedding jobs and then rest up and get ready for pictures at the church!

I think the wedding was everything Audrey and Chris could have asked for....they had a beautiful song by a dear friend that was such a nice touch....the minister was even a family friend....how special! After they tied the knot we headed to East Ridge for dinner and dancing....what fun! Don't worry....this prego tried both cakes and they were both excellent.....never be afraid to try both! It's really just polite!

I think Debbie and Grandma were thrilled to wake up on Sunday without something else to plan....they did such a great job! Audrey and Chris woke up married and ready to head to St. Lucia.....Orie and I just woke up a little tired and having to drive back to Dallas....boo!

Enjoy some pics from the weekend....
