Bringing you up to speed....

So much going on.....Christmas parties and lots of fun!

We had Orie's office Christmas party at a local "honky tonk".  It was a fun evening with his co workers and ended with the staff riding a mechanical bull....his co worker in the lab won the event and was presented with a trophy from their boss....what an evening!

I had a Christmas dinner with my old HHH girls and it was so fun. We exchanged gifts and had a delicious dinner! My friend Lori is an excellent cook and she did not disappoint this evening with her pork tenderloin, homemade rolls and chocolate pie! Everyone else brought some other dishes and it was all wonderful. The evening was such a nice treat....I love getting together with friends and we just don't do it often enough so this night was perfect.  You will just die when you see what one of my girlfriends gave William this evening.....more on that later!

We had some 4 month shots with William at the doctor's office and he did great yet again....no tears on the first round and just about 10 seconds of tears on the second go round....what a tough kid....I love that nothing really gets him down! Please oh please let this attitude continue throughout his life:)

We then packed up and loaded both cars to head home for Christmas. Orie was able to take off from the Tuesday before Christmas so we had a fantastic long visit with friends and family - more on that later!

Our cars were packed full of wrapped presents and clothes for a long trip. I'm surprised Grace found somewhere to sit!

We are now back in the swing of things here...getting William back in his routine...he has been a little bit fussy since our return to Dallas....poor kid - he must be missing all the excitement that houses full of cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and those crazy dogs brings!
