We're Decorated....

Wow...I felt like a crazy lady decorating for Christmas....when I see it all complete....I realize it really isn't that much...but it felt like forever getting it out and the mess cleaned up. I usually have a great helper husband but he was a little under the weather on Monday when I was decorating. We also have lights outisde in the bushes and around our front door but I don't have a pic of that yet....I'll see what I can do! Enjoy...have you finished your decorating?

our nativity and Mary and Joseph plaque....one very old and one new....both from my sweet Aunt Gail

in our breakfast room....my garland from my childhood room...it has colored lights that STILL work...i'm not real sure how I feel about colored lights though so we just leave them off!

our stockings and mantle....just waiting for some Christmas cards to display....


my Christmas carolers....I love them...are we the only family that collects these adorable guys?

my nutcrackers....the Wizard of Oz gang plus a traditional nutracker I found in my childhood Christmas box....it was from Kate C...all the way back in middle school....also our Christmas Memories book...a great way to tell your Christmas story year after year

and lastly, our tree! it looks a little dinky in the room....i know next year that even if you only have 8ft ceilings....still buy an 8ft tree....that stick at the top is at least a foot! oh well....i love it all decorated and i turn the lights on every morning! also...my Muffy Vandabear Angel....of course she fell off the tree and her wings broke....I guess it could be worse...right Rodney and Jen?
