we enjoyed a shrove tuesday celebration at Incarnation for William's first Mardi Gras...
he was in Heaven with all the people, the band, the fun and the fellowship...my sweet sweet boy
our friend...who shall remain nameless as the Inaugural Pancake King in the parade...it was HYSTERICAL...
Orie enjoyed a boys night at a scotch tasting with Brad...the boys rule was to try the most expensive scotch at each station - not a bad rule at a scotch tasting!
Di enjoyed a fun girls night to celebrate LT's birthday....the food, wine and girly talk was fantastic!
William enjoyed a play date with his friend William at the arboretum and another with his friend Harris....he loves to play with friends...we would post a pick of his friend William but he ended his visit to the arboretum with some play time in the fountain and left with a bare belly...I can't wait for both William's to run through the fountains...such freedom and joy!
William and Harris...I love how Harris put his arm on William like "hey buddy"
we have enjoyed the joys of teething...3 on the bottom now (the third one was the WORST) and one coming in on the top...I am sure it will be a doozie too!
all smiles
his new thing to do with his teeth and bottom lip...
let me stick it out even further so you can see them
we have enjoyed a couple of house guests, Tess and Papa, when they came to town for a wedding weekend...William enjoyed soaking up some extra loving...
all glammed up for the wedding...
we have done yard work, yes yard work, our new thing since I fired our lawn guy...:/
I re stained my garage sale furniture that had seen better days - it now looks AWESOME...just waiting on some new cushions that the squirrels will not eat hopefully!
check out our yard (bypass the patch of no grass - we're working on that) and look at the green grass...that's right, we bagged the yard - no nasty mulch here! I was so excited....I couldn't believe how long I had let our yard guy RUIN our yard with all that mulch and dead leaves!
we have played with sweet Grace...and slowly but surely she is starting to love William instead of tolerate him....AHHH...makes a mama proud!
she wanted to be included in the photo shoot
my sweet girl...we just love her...can't imagine life without a dog...
we have certainly made time for some giggles...
William thinks he is so cool as he rolls around the room...this is when I decided that he could be a pretty good gymnast...don't you think he would have a good dismount?
he is so fun
he likes to do this A LOT...glad we clipped that frenulum to give him an even longer tongue to play with!
but don't forget, I have a VERY serious side still:)
and we have slowly but surely watched our son turn into a big boy who is 7 months old.....
why is it that time passes so quickly?
what have you been up to?
