It was a really nasty weekend with the tropical storms and hurricanes that were chilling out in the Atlantic. We had lots of rain Friday and Saturday was filled with fog and just nasty misting rain all day. The birthday boy survived though and I think had a good day on Saturday and weekend in general.
We opened presents Saturday, watched LSU win Saturday night, feared Alabama as they dominated Georgia and sang Happy Birthday with M&M ice cream cake. We sat on our terrace most of Saturday evening after the game. Orie enjoyed several phone calls from family and friends. I sure wish we were closer to celebrate with more friends and family. It was so nice to be outside with the rain settling down. We listened to music, I sang which I know Orie loved and Grace was pooped after a long day!!!! Enjoy the photos and have a great week. I have Tuesday off of work for Rosh Hashanah...I love New York and all the Jewish holidays!
